Refund Information
For customized products, when you contact us for the modification to be made to the product, the right of withdrawal is not permitted, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 5 paragraph 3 Legislative Decree 185/99. They cannot be refunded unless there are obvious defects or errors made during the packaging phase.
It is necessary to consider this carefully before placing your order, because a tailor-made garment is not suitable for another person. Any changes or touch-ups are not our responsibility.

As regards non-personalised products and therefore sold directly with online payment without any modification, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products .
The buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it via email to the address: info@molnarcouture.com
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is required to return the goods within 5 days from the day on which he communicated to the seller his intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including price label, packaging material and any documentation and accessory equipment) and complete with the attached tax documentation.
Therefore, if the returned Products are damaged (for example with signs of wear, removal of labels, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including unaltered labels and tags attached to the product), no accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, the original packages and packaging, the Buyer will be liable for the decrease in the value of the goods, and will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product.
As required by the art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Molnarcouture.com may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods.
The transport of the goods is the customer’s risk. If the goods arrive damaged or in the event of loss or theft, the responsibility cannot be attributed to Molnarcouture.com.
